Charis and I had a long talk this afternoon about this trip into the tetons.
Here are a few things.
Our hope is to set this up as a tidy little service for experiencers, abductees, contactees (what ever the word). I think this could be a very powerful offering for our fellow experiencers.
At present we are calling this CONTACT WILDERNESS.

Here are the short list of goals:
1 - To spend MEANINGFUL time in the wilderness with other experiencers.
2 - To camp and travel with MINMAL GEAR. I (Mike C) have found that the less one carries in the wilderness, the MORE you can truly connect with the environment. I don't just believe this, I know it from direct persona experience with friends and students, clients.

About lightweight camping:
I (Mike C!) have been a mountain guide and instructor for 19 years. The last 7 years have been focused almost exclusively on advanced lightweight camping. I even wrote a book about it! See HERE.
For this trip, we wont be required to go sub-ultra-super-lightweight. But there may be a few items that will really enhance the sensation of freedom.

About the fee:
Neither of us is out to make a bunch of money, but putting this together will require some time and effort on our part. Charis has travel expenses, and We will be taking our roles as guides and facilitators very seriously!
For a 5-day trip, we are requesting $500. We will be providing a lot of high quality ultra-light camping gear, as well as meals and prep time.

About the trip:
We are planning a 5-Day and 4-Night wilderness trip into the mountains near my home in rural Idaho. The terrain is spectacular, and we have the potential for some BOLD travel!
